Job Summary
Tech Solar is looking for a Senior Purchase Executive with 3–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the rooftop solar or electrical EPC industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials required for rooftop solar projects while ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
The role requires strong vendor coordination, negotiation skills, understanding of electrical and solar materials, and close coordination with engineering, project, and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for rooftop solar projects.
- Source materials from approved and reliable vendors.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Procure solar modules, inverters, mounting systems, cables, electrical accessories, and other project materials.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and material requirements.
- Prepare and release purchase orders.
- Track material orders and ensure timely delivery to project locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, stores, and project teams.
- Monitor material availability as per project schedules.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Identify new vendors and alternate sources for materials.
- Support cost reduction and procurement optimization.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate resolution of material quality, quantity, delivery, and commercial issues.
- Ensure procurement activities are completed within project timelines.

Experience
3–4 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience, preferably in Rooftop Solar, Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical EPC, or related industries.
Rooftop solar procurement experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
