Job Overview:We are looking for a responsible and experienced Management Executive to oversee daily operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Manage and coordinate with different departments (marketing, sales, admin)
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Handle client relationships and resolve issues
- Prepare reports and provide insights to management
- Train and guide team members
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in management/operations is expected
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Good communication (Tamil,English & Hindi preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reports, etc.)
Salary:
- ₹20,000/month and above (based on experience)
