Presentation & Visual Designer
Position: Presentation & Visual Designer
Location: India, Remote
Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Visual Designer to support our internal teams with high-quality presentation and design needs.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating professional business presentations, case studies, social media designs, flyers, tech notes, and brochures. This role requires someone who can work independently with limited supervision while following predefined templates, brand guidelines, and design standards.
This is not a fresh graduate role. We are looking for someone with practical design experience who is confident using PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop. A portfolio is required for consideration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Convert case studies and written content into visually appealing branded templates.
- Create simple but polished social media graphics.
- Design flyers, tech notes, brochures, and other marketing or communication materials.
- Work with existing brand guidelines, templates, and visual identity standards.
- Support teams with ad hoc design and presentation requests.
- Ensure all design materials are clear, consistent, professional, and aligned with the company brand.
- Manage multiple small design requests while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision once design direction, templates, or brand guidelines are provided.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual design, or a similar role.
- Strong experience creating business presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Confident user of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to design clean, professional, and business-friendly visuals.
- Experience working with templates, brand books, or corporate design guidelines.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colors, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to turn written content into clear and engaging visual materials.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage ad hoc design requests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global companies or international stakeholders.
- Experience designing for consulting, life sciences, technology, or professional services companies.
- Experience creating case studies, corporate brochures, and sales or marketing collateral.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or InDesign would be an advantage.

- Additional tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, or similar design platforms are a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is creative but also practical. They should be able to create polished corporate designs, not just highly artistic visuals. They should be comfortable working with business teams, following brand guidelines, and delivering professional designs quickly and accurately.
They should be especially strong on PowerPoint and able to support teams with presentation design needs without requiring heavy supervision.
