Title: TGT Full Time/Part Time/Clock Hr English, Social Studies, Maths and Science Teachers Required
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) for English, Social Studies, Maths, and Science for Classes 6th and 7th . This role is open for both Full Time and Part Time/Clock Hour candidates.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge of the relevant curriculum, the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly, and a genuine commitment to supporting students' academic growth.
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm
Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000.00 per month (salary will be based on the experience and calibre of the candidate)
Required Non-Negotiable: Candidates should have strong command over English and a degree from an English Medium based institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English, Social Studies, Maths, and Science in accordance with the curriculum for Classes 6th and 7th.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and learning.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and class work.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding of the subject.
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and concerns.
- Participate in school meetings, events, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (TGT) in the relevant subject (English/Social Studies/Maths/Science).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Prior teaching experience at the middle/high school level (Classes 6–7) preferred.
- Strong command over English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire students and cultivate a love for the subject.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in the relevant subject or related discipline.
- Additional certifications or training in modern teaching methodologies.
- Experience integrating technology into classroom teaching.
