About the Role
Optimum Infranet LLP (the India office of Optimum Technologies, Australia) is looking for a detail-focused Senior MIS Executive to support our Australian telecom operations. You will own the reporting and data side of the business — keeping job records, trackers and reports accurate and up to date so our Australian client and field teams always have a clear picture. This is an in-office role on an early-morning shift aligned to Australian business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update job records across client portals and internal databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports: work progress, timesheets, job costing, expenses and billing summaries.
- Build and maintain Excel trackers (timesheets, expenses, materials, job progress) using formulas and pivot tables.
- Reconcile data between systems and flag any mismatches.
- Organise field photos and job documentation and check them for completeness.
- Support invoicing by matching completed jobs to purchase orders and tracking payments.
- Coordinate by email with Australian project managers on reports and job status.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MIS, data management or reporting.
- Strong MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
- Excellent spoken and written English to communicate with our Australian client and team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.
- Comfortable working across multiple web portals and databases.
- Telecom, construction or field-services data experience is a plus.
Shift & Working Days
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM IST (early start, early finish)
- Saturday: 4-hour morning shift
- In-office role at our Zirakpur office. Candidates in or around Zirakpur are ideal for the early start.
