Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible Shift Incharge to supervise production activities in our edible oil manufacturing unit. The candidate will ensure smooth shift operations, manpower handling, quality compliance, and production targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage complete shift production operations
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Monitor refining / filling / packing processes
- Handle and allocate shift manpower effectively
- Maintain quality standards and hygiene norms
- Ensure machine efficiency and minimum downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns
- Maintain shift reports and production records
- Follow safety, GMP, and food safety standards
- Control material usage and wastage
- Support continuous process improvement activities
Required Skills
- Knowledge of edible oil manufacturing process
- Strong shop floor supervision
- Basic production documentation
- Good team handling skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E (Mechanical / Chemical / Food Tech) preferred
- Experience in edible oil / FMCG / food industry mandatory
