Position: Legal Advisor (Part-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and support to our organization on a periodic basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on business operations, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Review, draft, and verify agreements, MoUs, notices, and other legal documents.
- Advise management on corporate, labor, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in handling legal disputes and coordination with external legal professionals when required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions to protect the organization.
- Provide strategic legal guidance for business expansion, partnerships, and new initiatives.
Engagement Requirement
- Approximately 3–5 hours per month.
- Physical or online consultation as required.
- Availability for urgent legal guidance when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, labor, or educational sector legal matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Excellent communication and professional ethics.
