Job Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele-Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our services, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Explain company services, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain regular reporting and update daily sales performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Strong negotiation and sales ability.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
