We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented *Production Manager* to lead manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing organization.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Manage end-to-end production operations and achieve business targets.
Optimize manpower, machinery utilization, and production efficiency.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance & Supply Chain teams.
Ensure on-time production and delivery commitments.
Drive cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and process improvements.
Implement Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & TPM initiatives.
Monitor KPIs including OEE, Productivity, Rejection, Downtime & Delivery Performance.
Manage production budgets and manufacturing costs.
Lead, train, and develop high-performing production teams.
Ensure effective utilization of SAP/ERP systems.
*Ideal Candidate Profile:*
15–20 years of experience in Production & Manufacturing Operations.
Experience in Hardware Products, Architectural Products, Furniture Fittings, Engineering Components, OEM/ODM Manufacturing, or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of PPC (Production Planning & Control).
Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in Cost Control and Productivity Improvement.
