Process individual and group reservations accurately and efficiently using hotel reservation systems and property management software

Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, and in-person) with empathy and professionalism

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, travel agents, corporate partners, and internal departments

Implement effective selling strategies and upselling techniques to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue potential

Generate, review, and distribute rooming lists, confirmations, amendments, and reservation-related documentation with meticulous attention to detail

Monitor, manage, and process reservation modifications, cancellations, and releases in a timely manner

Analyze reservation data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic decision-making

Stay current with hotel promotions, packages, pricing strategies, and seasonal offerings to provide clients with comprehensive information

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction

Collaborate cross-functionally with front office, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Contribute to the continuous improvement of reservation processes, procedures, and customer service standards

Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing multiple reservations simultaneously
Qualifications

Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Reservation Executive or in a similar reservations role within the hospitality industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data entry and analytical capabilities

Advanced knowledge of hotel reservation systems, property management software (PMS), and hospitality technology platforms

Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering guest satisfaction

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
