Key Responsibilities
- Supervise rooftop solar installation and electrical & structure works.
- Plan, Schedule and Implement projects within timeline.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
- Handle inverter commissioning, AC/DC wiring, earthing, and testing.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, customers, and KSEB whenever required.
- Troubleshoot on-site electrical issues and maintain installation standards.
Requirements
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in electrical works (solar preferred).
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and inverter commissioning.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Valid Four-wheeler licence and willingness to travel.
Salary: Best in the industry + Incentives + Travel Allowance
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
