About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Associate to manage and grow our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing our social media channels, and executing digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule daily engaging content (text, images, short videos) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media trends, track platform analytics, and optimize content for better performance.
- Interact with followers, respond to queries, and manage online community engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing basic paid ad campaigns and social media promotions.
- Collaborate with the design/marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (required).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills:
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Strong foundation in basics of digital marketing (SEO basics, content marketing, target audiences).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and social media scheduling tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
