Your Role:
We're looking for motivated Business Development Executives to find new business opportunities and introduce our services to potential clients. You will generate your own leads and connect with business decision-makers. Our team will handle product demos, pricing, proposals, and onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Find India-based businesses that need our services.
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, business directories, networking, referrals, and other professional platforms.
- Contact business owners and decision-makers.
- Qualify interested prospects and introduce them to our team.
- Support the sales process until the client is handed over.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Self-motivated and confident in speaking with businesses.
- Must have access to LinkedIn and other professional lead-generation platforms.
- Must be able to generate business leads independently.
- Previous B2B sales or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Performance Pay Structure:
- Performance Payout: Flat ₹1,000 incentive paid for every successful client onboarded through your referral.
- Monthly Earnings: Uncapped earning potential based entirely on successful client closures.
- Payout Terms: Incentives are processed and credited immediately after the referred client completes their first successful payment milestone to Sky Route Digital.
- Target Market: Valid exclusively for new India-based corporate clients requiring communication services within India.
