We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our IT services business in the local market. The role involves identifying potential clients, meeting business owners, understanding their technology requirements, and promoting solutions such as website development, mobile applications, server management, cloud deployment, CRM systems, software development, IT support, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, lead generation, and relationship building. Prior IT sales experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong communication and business development skills. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet decision-makers and understand their business and IT requirements.
- Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into projects.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of websites, mobile applications, cloud services, ERP, CRM, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
