Qualification:
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Kindergarten/Pre-Primary Teacher
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for kindergarten students
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Use creative teaching methods such as stories, activities, games, and play-based learning
- Observe, assess, and document students’ progress regularly
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student development
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff
- Ensure classroom discipline, safety, and hygiene
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and passion for early childhood education
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
