Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ERP operations, inventory, and master data accuracy.
- Maintain SKU details, pricing, stock availability, and lead times.
- Handle purchase orders, GRN, supplier coordination, and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory, ageing, damages, and stock discrepancies.
- Improve ERP processes by identifying recurring issues and supporting system enhancements.
- Prepare weekly inventory and performance reports.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory, procurement, catalogue, or supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Zoho, Unicommerce, Tally ERP).
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
- Experience managing PO-to-GRN processes and supplier follow-ups.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy.
Preferred
- Experience in marketplace catalogue/PIM management.
- Background in furniture, home décor, lighting, or building materials.
- Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with databases.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
