Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Enterprise Service Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that support IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB, Discovery, and workflow automation initiatives.\\r\\nThis role requires a strong technical background in ServiceNow development, integrations, scripting, and platform administration, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.\\r\\n. Job Responsibilities : ServiceNow Development\\r\\n• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.\\r\\n• Configure and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.\\r\\n• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.\\r\\n• Build and maintain Flow Designer and Integration Hub workflows.\\r\\nPlatform Integrations\\r\\n• Design and develop REST and SOAP API integrations.\\r\\n• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure, monitoring tools, and third-party applications.\\r\\n• Develop and maintain automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.\\r\\nCMDB & ITOM\\r\\n• Implement and maintain CMDB structures and relationships.\\r\\n• Support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Asset Management initiatives.\\r\\n• Drive CMDB data quality improvements and governance activities.\\r\\nReporting & Optimization\\r\\n• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational and executive stakeholders.\\r\\n• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and platform optimization.\\r\\n• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities.\\r\\nStakeholder Collaboration\\r\\n• Work with functional consultants, architects, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.\\r\\n• Participate in design workshops and provide technical recommendations.\\r\\n• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.\\r\\n. Job Description : • Strong understanding of enterprise ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n• Proven exper.
