Job Description
Designation: Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive
Experience: 4+ years
Educational Qualifications: Any graduate with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales enquiries and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare quotations/offers, Sales Orders (SO), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Proforma Invoices (PI), and related sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers for PI, Purchase Orders (PO), RFQs, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with corporate customers across Pan India by providing product and service information.
- Maintain customer records, documentation, and database management.
- Assist in tender-related activities including online tender submissions and documentation.
- Participate in auction processes and support related commercial activities.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team for smooth execution of sales operations and customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR), weekly reports, monthly reports, and MIS reports.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sales documentation and tender processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
