Job Summary
The Residential Entrance Coaching Centre In-Charge is responsible for the overall administration, discipline, student welfare, hostel operations, staff coordination, and day-to-day functioning of the residential entrance coaching centre. The Centre In-Charge must ensure that students receive a safe, disciplined, comfortable, and academically supportive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Centre & Student Management
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the residential coaching centre.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with centre rules and regulations.
- Monitor student attendance, punctuality, study hours, and general conduct.
- Address student concerns and complaints promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with students and parents.
2. Academic Coordination
- Coordinate with faculty and the academic team regarding classes, tests, schedules, and study sessions.
- Ensure classrooms, study halls, and other academic facilities are properly maintained.
- Monitor whether scheduled classes and academic activities are conducted as planned.
- Report academic or student-related issues to the management.
3. Hostel & Residential Management
- Supervise hostel accommodation, room allocation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Monitor hostel attendance and student movement.
- Ensure proper implementation of hostel timings and discipline.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, mess, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper water supply, electricity, cleanliness, safety, and other essential facilities.
4. Mess & Food Management
- Monitor daily food quality, quantity, hygiene, and meal timings.
- Check the food menu and ensure it is followed properly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/mess team regarding student requirements and complaints.
- Maintain records of mess-related issues and report them to management.
5. Staff Management
- Supervise support staff, housekeeping, security, kitchen, and other centre employees.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and performance.
- Ensure staff follow centre policies and professional standards.
- Report staff-related issues, absenteeism, misconduct, or performance concerns.
6. Safety & Security
- Ensure the safety and security of students and staff.
- Monitor visitor entry and exit.
- Ensure fire safety, emergency procedures, and security protocols are followed.
- Immediately report accidents, emergencies, or serious incidents to management.
7. Administration & Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily centre reports.
- Maintain records related to students, attendance, hostel occupancy, staff, maintenance, and incidents.
- Monitor centre expenses and petty cash as per company policy.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requirements.
- Ensure all checklists and operational reports are updated regularly.
Daily Responsibilities
- Morning centre and hostel inspection.
- Student attendance and discipline monitoring.
- Classroom and study-hall inspection.
- Food and mess inspection.
- Staff attendance and duty monitoring.
- Check cleanliness, security, water, electricity, and maintenance.
- Address student complaints.
- Conduct an evening review of centre activities.
- Submit the daily operational report to the Operations Head.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hostel management, residential education, coaching centres, schools, colleges, or similar operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and staff-management abilities.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and reporting systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours in a residential campus environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
