- Staff Management: Create daily duty rosters, assign cleaning tasks, and manage staff attendance to ensure adequate coverage. [1]
- Quality Inspections: Conduct routine checks of guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to guarantee they meet strict hygiene standards. [1, 2]
- Training & Coaching: Orient new hires, train existing staff on new commercial cleaning techniques, and enforce health and safety regulations. [1]
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and place orders to restock as needed. [1, 2]
- Issue Resolution: Address guest or patient complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. [1]
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate with the maintenance team to report room defects or broken equipment immediately
