Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries accurately
- Manage invoicing, bank reconciliation, and expense tracking
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports and records
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts-related activities
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when required
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Odoo software
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1 – 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Candidates ready to join immediately will be preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
