Software Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students and professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching software technologies, preparing training materials, and helping learners build practical skills. If you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and working with emerging technologies, we would love to have you on our team.
- Deliver training sessions on software technologies (such as Python, Java, Web Development, or other relevant tools).
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to students.
- Update course content based on industry trends and technologies.
- Support students in project development and career preparation.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team for batch schedules and course delivery.
- Ensure effective learning outcomes and student satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in software training or development (Freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
- Strong knowledge in programming languages or technologies such as Python, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, SQL, etc.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Knowledge of AI tools or cloud technologies is an added advantage.
