Role Overview:
As a Food & Service Associate, you are the face of Kulture, on the floor. Your role is to deliver a seamless guest experience, combining efficient service, product knowledge, and warm hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Experience
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and energy
- Take orders accurately and suggest menu items confidently
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure every table leaves with a positive experience
2. Service Operations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and coffee bar for smooth order flow
- Follow service standards and SOPs
3. Product Knowledge
- Understand menu items (ingredients, taste profile, recommendations)
- Explain coffee, food, and beverage options clearly to guests
- Upsell relevant items naturally (combos, specials, add-ons)
4. Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen, baristas, and fellow staff
- Support team during rush hours
- Ensure smooth shift handovers
5. Daily Tasks
- Opening and closing duties
- Stock awareness (inform shortages)
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards
Must Have:
- Prior experience in a cafe/ restaurant is mandatory
- Good communication skills (English + Bengali/Hindi preferred)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with late working hours (till 11 pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
