Job Summary
We are looking for a Growth Manager (Product) to own the complete product lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution and growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to build user-centric products, enhance customer experience, and drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact.
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and optimize product performance through experimentation and A/B testing.
- Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and successful launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Product Management and Growth Strategy.
- Experience with product lifecycle management.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or a similar role.
- Experience in SaaS, Technology, or Digital Products will be an added advantage.
