Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead and manage our telecalling and telemarketing operations. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in handling high-volume calling teams, converting leads into sales, and driving revenue through effective telemarketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and motivate the telemarketing and telecalling team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to improve call-to-conversion ratios
- Monitor daily calling activities, performance metrics, and sales outcomes
- Ensure effective lead management and follow-up processes
- Convert inbound and outbound calls into confirmed sales and business opportunities
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution
- Maintain high standards of customer interaction and service quality
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales reports
- Identify gaps in team performance and conduct regular training sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical telemarketing practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in telemarketing / telecalling, preferably in sales-driven roles
- Proven track record of converting calls into sales
- Experience in managing and leading telemarketing teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize calling strategies
- Target-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities
- Experience in Tiles, Sanitaryware, or building materials industry is an added advantage
