Operating since 2017 across 24+ cities in India, delivering lead generation, pre-sales, and sales support for top brands including BYJU’S, Unacademy, Scaler, Reliance Retail, FreshToHome, SolarSquare, and many more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES– Conduct structured outbound calls to prospective students and parents– Explain program details and handle queries professionally– Drive registrations for entrance tests and program enrollment– Manage and update CRM records, lead stages, and follow-up schedules daily– Submit end-of-day reports and meet weekly performance targets– Adhere to calling scripts, compliance standards, and data confidentiality norms.
SKILLS REQUIRED– Strong verbal communication and comfort with outbound calling– Self-motivated and target-driven attitude– Basic computer and smartphone proficiency– Fluency in Hindi mandatory; working English preferred– Prior sales or telecalling exposure is a plus, not a requirement
