As a Business Development Associate at Plum Experiences, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of our properties while also supporting our online listings, digital presence, and business growth.
This is a multitasking and ownership-driven role suited for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, communicating with guests, solving problems, managing multiple tasks, and using digital platforms to improve the performance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Experience: Manage guest communication, check-ins, queries, and issues to ensure a smooth and memorable stay and consistently excellent reviews.
2. Property Operations: Oversee day-to-day property operations, including cleaning, laundry, maintenance, inventory, and coordination with vendors and housekeeping staff.
3. OTA & Listing Management: Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, and other property listings, including content, photographs, amenities, availability, pricing, reviews, and listing performance.
4. Basic Social Media: Support our social media management company across Instagram and other digital channels by coordinating and assisting with the creation of property, guest, and brand-related content.
5. Business Growth: Support initiatives to improve occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, and overall property performance through competitor and market analysis.
6. Data & Reporting: Use MS Excel/Google Sheets to maintain records, track property performance, and prepare basic operational reports.
7. Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively with guests, housekeeping staff, vendors, and management while taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues proactively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
