Position: Training Officer
Work Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
Work Location: Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions to students for career development
- Conduct employability skills and life skills training, ensuring positive outcomes for youth
- Plan and design training sessions, adapting core content to suit the local context
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update training methods based on feedback and findings
- Review and monitor individual training programme targets
- Engage with stakeholders in disadvantaged communities, including parents, schools, colleges, and panchayats
