We are looking for an experienced Operations Tech Lead to manage and support enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH) platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in DBT, Snowflake, Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Production Support, along with the ability to lead operational activities, incident management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Data Warehouse operations and support activities.
- Monitor and maintain DBT pipelines, Snowflake environments, and Power BI reporting systems.
- Handle production incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure issue resolution within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with business, analytics, and engineering teams for operational support.
- Ensure data quality, system reliability, and platform performance optimization.
- Manage deployment activities, workflow monitoring, and job scheduling.
- Troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipelines and reporting dashboards.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational best practices.
- Prepare operational reports, status updates, and support documentation.
- Mentor support team members and coordinate daily operational activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Production Support.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and analytics environments.
- Experience in handling critical production issues and operational support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
