· Drive B2B sales of base oils (SN150, BS15) and Fertilizers including Urea) across domestic and international markets.
· Managing sales and providing technical support.
· Developing sales strategies to increase market share.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
· Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive while maintaining profitability.
· Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients and distributors.
· Regularly meet with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support requests.
· Prepare annual marketing plans, budget proposals, and performance targets.
· Doing Market Research & Competitor Analysis.
· Collaborate with logistics and supply chain for timely delivery and order fulfilment.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
