Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Bhopal
- Job Summary
A Desktop Support Engineer provides technical assistance to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures smooth operation of desktop systems and supports end-users in resolving IT problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance
- Set up new user accounts and configure access permissions
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and update documentation
- Provide training and guidance to users on system usage and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocol
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and remote desktop tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience – 2 years Minimum
Job Location : Bhopal
Salary Package – As Per Company Standard.
Shifts – Rotational
Immediate Joiner Preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
