We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Provide product/service information to customers
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Achieve daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree
Good communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
