Educational Qualifications: CA / Or any other Post Graduation
Experience: 2- 3 years of relevant experience in Fund/ Real Estate Developer in monitoring assets.
Job Description:
· Monitoring project progress post investment vis-à-vis the Business plan:
- Projected and actual work progress, cost incurred etc
- Project Approvals, Tracking & Monitoring
- Variances reporting and recommending corrective measures
- Periodic reporting of project progress to the Investment Committee
- Monitor Financial Covenants (Condition Precedents and Condition Subsequent)
· Periodically assessing the valuation of the property
· Develop Asset Management policies and procedures and implement best practices.
· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
· Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders to review asset performance.
· Developing strategies to increase ROI and maximise the asset value.
· Preparation of Term sheet, Fee Letters, Information Memorandum, Investment Teaser, Investment Committee Note
· Maintaining deal tracker for all the documents related to transaction
· Manage NOC request by Developer
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
