As a Data Platform Engineer, a typical day involves contributing to the development and refinement of the data platform blueprint and design. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data platform components with business requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the data platform.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and scalability.
- Document processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Ability to work with large-scale data environments and optimize data workflows.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to support data platform operations.
