Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Initiate high-volume cold calls daily to factories, hotels, hospitals, and commercial laundries.
- Pitch industrial washing machines, extractors, and dryers by highlighting efficiency and cost savings.
- Qualify prospects by identifying their budget, authority, washing capacity needs, and purchase timelines.
Pipeline Management & Follow-ups
- Nurture warm leads through consistent phone and email follow-ups to move them down the sales funnel.
- Schedule technical consultations or site visits for the senior field sales and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate logs of all calls, client feedback, and lead statuses in the CRM database.
Market Intelligence & Coordination
- Research potential target industries and identify key decision-makers like Purchase Managers and Plant Heads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to follow up on inbound digital inquiries.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outbound call volume, lead generation, and pipeline value.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BSc) or Diploma in Engineering.
- Skills: Highly persuasive with excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
