Key Responsibilities
Business HR who alligns his role to achieve business goals
Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment of regional personnel, including technical staff and other department roles.
Candidate Sourcing: Responsible for headhunting and prepare a pool of potential candidates.
Employee Relations: Conduct and manage various employee engagement programs.
Training & Compliance.
Performance Tracking: Manage and facilitate monthly reviews for the team or organization.
Organizational Standards: Ensure and improve the overall discipline within the organization.
Operations: Traveling to various branches is required as part of the role.
Education: Degree or Post Graduation (PG) in a relevant field.
Experience: Open to qualified candidates; retired professionals are also encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kizhake Chalakudi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
