About the Role
Clarity Medical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our Production Department. We welcome both Freshers and Experienced Candidates who are eager to build their careers in a professional manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per quality standards.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Troubleshoot production-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
- Support process optimization to improve productivity and efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) – Mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with relevant production/manufacturing experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and quality systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to analyze and resolve production issues.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
