About the Role
Solarative Energy Solutions is looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Electrician (ITI) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of rooftop solar power systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Installation of solar panels, inverters, ACDB/DCDB, earthing, and electrical wiring
Cable laying, termination, and electrical connections
Testing and commissioning of solar systems
Troubleshooting electrical faults and carrying out maintenance work
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinating with Site Engineers and installation teams
Maintaining daily work reports and site documentation
Requirements
- ITI Electrician or ITI Wireman Certification
- 0–3 years of experience in electrical or solar installations
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and testing instruments
- Ability to work at heights and on-site locations
- Willingness to travel for project work
- Valid driving license preferred
