Position: Process Auditor
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical stock audits across warehouse hubs and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies, damages, expiry losses, pilferage, and shrinkage issues.
- Analyze inventory variance and coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams for corrective actions.
- Manage stock adjustments in WMS systems with proper approvals and documentation.
- Monitor the documentation and registers for inventory movement, inward/outward processes, returns and expiry management.
- Prepare audit reports, variance reports and actionable improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with pharma warehouse processes, SOPs and quality standards.
- Support implementation of 5S methodology across warehouse operations:
- Participate in Six Sigma-driven process improvement projects to reduce errors, improve productivity and minimize inventory losses.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring inventory issues and implement preventive actions.
- Travel across assigned warehouse hubs/cities for audits and process reviews.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stock audits/inventory control.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate degree preferred (B.Com/BBA/Operations/Supply Chain or related field).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma / Inventory Management is an added advantage.

Experience
2+ years in Pharma E-commerce Warehouse Stock Audits / Inventory Control.
- Experience working in pharma warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment centers, or distribution centers.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Stock auditing
- Inventory reconciliation
- Stock adjustments
- Shrinkage analysis and control
- Cycle counting
- Variance investigation
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, and inventory processes.
- Exposure to 5S implementation and Six Sigma practices preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
