Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing overall store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily store operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor store staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving store targets.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control, and stock audits.
- Ensure proper merchandising, store cleanliness, and product availability.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preference will be given to MBA candidates.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail, pharmacy, or store operations, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Ability to handle operational challenges and make effective decisions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
