- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
