Position: Assistant Teacher
Department: Academics
Job Purpose
To support the lead teacher in creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for students. The Assistant Teacher will assist with classroom activities, student supervision, lesson preparation, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering classroom activities.
- Support students during lessons, projects, and learning activities.
- Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Supervise students during classroom sessions, breaks, and school activities.
- Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment.
- Support the assessment and documentation of student progress as directed by the teacher.
- Help with classroom management and student engagement.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training programs as required.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the school.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills.
