Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or backend systems.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers.
- Maintain records and update customer information in internal systems.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and process compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Backend Operations, Customer Service, Voice Process, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
