An electrical supervisor for a hotel manages the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems across the property. - Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and provide continuous training to hotel electricians and technicians.
- Preventive Maintenance: Design and execute routine inspection checklists for critical hotel infrastructure, including transformers, HT/LT panels, UPS systems, and HVAC controls.
- Guest & Staff Safety: Ensure strict compliance with hotel electrical codes and life-safety checklists, including regular testing of fire pumps and backup generators.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and direct the repair of major electrical system failures to minimize guest disruption.
- Budget & Inventory: Track electrical parts, manage stock levels, prepare purchase orders, and monitor overall departmental spending.
- Vendor Coordination: Work alongside external contractors and technicians for large-scale electrical renovations or specialized equipment repairs
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
