Job description:
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients for order processing and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans in Tally.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update databases on a daily basis.
- Track dispatches, payments, and outstanding collections.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales reports and MIS data.
- Handle client calls, emails, and provide timely updates.
- Support the marketing and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales-related activities.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Tally ERP.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, and sales documentation.
- Education & Experience
- Graduate in any stream
- 6–3 years of experience in back-office
