JOB DESCRIPTION: SENIOR FABRICATOR (ARC & MIG)

Position: Senior Fabricator / Senior Welder
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete fabrication of hydraulic goods lift structure, cabin, platform, doors & frames
- Reading drawings executing fabrication accurately
- Handling ARC welding & MIG welding with good finishing quality
- Material cutting, marking, grinding, drilling, fitting & alignment
- Must understand measurement, leveling, squareness & alignment
- Supervising welders and helpers to complete work on time
- Allocating work to welders/helpers and ensuring productivity
- Ensuring proper joint strength, welding quality, and finishing
- Maintaining fabrication accuracy as per required dimensions
- Reducing rework, wastage, and ensuring material utilization
- Coordinating with production head / owner for daily work planning
- Ensuring workshop safety and proper tool usage
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in fabrication work
- Hands-on experience in ARC welding and MIG welding
- Good knowledge of lift fabrication (structure, cabin, door frames)
- Ability to manage manpower and get work done effectively
- Must understand measurement, leveling, squareness & alignment
- Must handle fabrication independently without continuous supervision
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years fabrication experience
- Lift / material handling equipment experience preferred
Salary Range:
25,000 to 30,000 per month (based on skill & experience)
