Role Summary
We are looking for a candidate with basic knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Proxmox virtualization, and infrastructure monitoring. The role will primarily focus on monitoring alerts, checking system health, maintaining logs, and escalating issues to senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Windows Server, Linux, Proxmox, virtual machines, and basic infrastructure dashboards.
- Check alerts related to uptime, CPU, memory, disk, network, service status, VM health, and backup status.
- Perform initial validation of alerts by following defined SOPs and checklists.
- Log incidents clearly with time, affected system, alert details, and basic observations.
- Escalate confirmed issues to senior engineers or the concerned technical team.
- Share regular updates until the issue is acknowledged or resolved by the responsible team.
- Prepare simple daily/weekly monitoring reports and maintain basic documentation.
- Support routine health checks under the guidance of senior engineers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
