BookMySales is driving the go-to-market engine for a high-impact Finance Upskilling Program designed for finance professionals, accountants, SME owners, and corporate finance teams across India.
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales professional who can own the sales cycle from qualified lead to paid enrolment while also driving corporate participation and group registrations.
This is not a telecalling role. We are looking for someone who can build trust, understand business challenges, position learning outcomes, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, referrals, and partner channels
- Conduct consultative conversations with finance professionals, SME owners, HR teams, L&D managers, and decision-makers to identify learning needs
- Drive individual enrolments and corporate group registrations for upcoming program batches
- Handle pricing, ROI, relevance, timing, and credibility objections independently
- Follow up consistently across calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to move prospects through the funnel
- Work with corporate prospects on multi-seat enrolments, proposals, invoicing, PO processes, and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts using CRM or tracking tools
- Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets aligned to batch launches
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Solution Selling
- Experience selling B2B services, training programs, professional education, SaaS, consulting, HRTech, recruitment solutions, or similar offerings
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and maintain a disciplined follow-up process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, finance leaders, HR professionals, and individual learners
Preferred
- Experience selling corporate training programs, L&D solutions, executive education, finance-related services, or professional certifications
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, or sales engagement tools
- Understanding of SME and mid-market business environments
Success in This Role
Within the first 90 days, you will be expected to:
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Consistently convert qualified leads into paid registrations
- Generate corporate enrolments and multi-seat registrations
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and enrolment targets
