The role ensures that HR policies and procedures align with industry-specific labor laws, health & safety regulations, and workforce management requirements.

Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil Engineering or any Graduate with Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of HR experience in the construction or related industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
