We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Smart Class Repairing & Hardware Field Engineer to install, maintain, and repair smart classroom equipment and computer hardware. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting projectors, interactive panels, computers, networking devices, and other classroom technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of Smart Class equipment such as:
- Interactive Flat Panels (IFP)
- Projectors
- Digital Boards
- Visualizers
- Audio Systems
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and all-in-one computers.
- Troubleshoot operating system and software-related problems.
- Install and configure printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Basic networking setup and troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches).
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular system health checks.
- Replace faulty components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, and cables.
- Visit schools and educational institutions for onsite support and service.
- Maintain service reports and update job status regularly.
- Coordinate with clients and provide technical guidance.
